A Finland-focused tech crowd swapping IT job leads and honest talk about building a career in the Nordics.
Finland has a tech scene people watch from around the world, and it reaches well beyond Helsinki. Engineers, admins and students all end up asking the same questions about how to get in. IT Finland Nerdsbay is a Telegram group built around those questions, with IT jobs and life in Finland as its two main threads.
Who's talking in the group
People working in IT in Finland, people hoping to move there, and people who just like talking tech with others nearby.
What you can ask
Ask about openings, about how a role in Finland compares with one back home, or about the tools your team uses.
Questions on the local job market get answers from people who actually deal with it.
